Eternal Collapse
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Follow The Cloaked One through The Underground.
This demo is a proof of concept showing the possibility to make levels revolving not around attacking, but rather deflecting and dodging, making the player incapable of doing damage on his own, and making the player rely on the enemy's attacks.
The implications of this mean that this game almost turns into a bullet-hell, almost, but not quite. Just beware that there are a lot of bullets in this demo.
BEFORE PLAYING
I didn't implement any sort of diagram for controls, so I will explain them here.
WASD to move
J to dash
K to shield
Enter to interact
Also, there are extra mechanics with these abilities:
Dashing gives a red frame, in which you become untouchable. Note the differences between invincible and untouchable.
The shield itself doesn't stop bullets, but the wind effect it produces is capable of changing a projectile's direction. This can only be done when the effect blows outward. try it for yourself at the first destructible wall.
This itself took some months to create, so I hope people can enjoy it. This will be the final demo (unless there's some game-breaking bug).

Install instructions
KEEP THE EXECUTABLE AND PKG IN THE SAME DIRECTORY.
Godot checks for the pkg when playing the executable, and doesn't look outside of it's directory, hence you need to keep them both in the same folder.
Windows:
Unpack the zip file givin. In the unpacked folder you will find the exe.
Linux:
After downloading the zip file, extract the folder and run the .x86_64 file in the unpacked directory. Right now there is no .desktop file, but you're free to make your own.
